• We offer shipping across the UAE and international delivery to select countries.
• If your country is not listed during checkout, please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance.

2. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• UAE: 2–3 business days
• International: 4–5 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

6. Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD)

Once a partial COD order has been placed, if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or requests a future delivery, the partial amount paid will not be refunded. If the customer later wishes to receive the product, they will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges again.
