- Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.
- Send the item to the provided address.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If your product arrives damaged or wrong, notify us within 48 hours.
- Email clear photos of the item and packaging to support@parisbelle.co.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
