- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Paris Belle experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review the return guidelines below:
1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Fragrance testers or promotional items
- Items purchased on clearance or during final-sale promotions
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@parisbelle.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve eligible requests.
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email.
- Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email clear photos of the item and packaging to support@parisbelle.co, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or payment wallet) and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
